Booking & Deposit
Fair policies for our busiest seasons.
- A 50% deposit secures bookings during Christmas, New Year, Easter, school holidays and other peak periods.
- Long-term bookings (10+ nights) require a 30% deposit.
- Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel, your deposit may be held as a credit for a future stay (subject to availability).
- Credits are valid for 4 months from the original booking date.
- No discounts apply during Christmas, Easter or school holiday periods.
